The human system is a highly regulated system that performs its daily activity pursuant to genetic information. That genetic information sets up and initiates activity throughout the body. It is the set of instructions from the DNA about how we are supposed to function. Science has discovered that this information is expressed under the influence of our diet and lifestyle. What we eat and our daily activity steers the genes to express their information and our state of health is the result. Every four hours, we have an opportunity to influence the genes expression by what we eat.

Of course, the food we eat can effectively influence our health for the good, only if we have a synchronized Circadian Rhythm and a clean and functional Alimentary Canal. Our Circadian Rhythm is our master clocking mechanism controlling the timely function of our biochemistry. And the Alimentary Canal is where the food we eat is processed and absorbed into the body. Without proper function in both those areas, the food we eat can be harmful instead of helpful while it tries to influence systems that are disrupted and poorly functioning. Genetic expression, our DNA code for healthful homeostasis, must be operating in a functional environment to keep things moving as the DNA code requires. Poor Circadian timing and/or a malfunctioning Alimentary Canal will disrupt genetic expression and find us scrambling to correct the messages that the genes are sending to our dysfunctional downstream biochemical systems. We will be trying to eliminate symptoms of diseases that we have caused due to poor genetic control.
